The 2022 version of this super handy pocket guide is now available. There are some key changes.

There are some great updates in this version, including a page on Firefighter Stress Management, a page dedicated to Night Operations, and a Firing Checklist.

So how is a firefighter to determine RH with the table removed? Not all agencies allow Kestrels. Sling psycrometer is only device permitted.
At the end of the IRPG Associated Forms and Publications section there is a link (see URL below) to the Dewpoint/RH tables (within the Fire Behavior Field Reference Guide). They will be color coded, easier to read and contain all of the elevation ranges found across the US including Alaska. PDF’s can be downloaded to your phone or printed out and kept with your Belt Weather Kit.
